They were great!
Every one was very nice and good to do business with. I appreciated y'all delivering our rug back to the house. I was disappointed that no one checked with me before putting such a strong scent on our rug. It was so strong and irritating to family members with allergies that we had to put it out doors for a few days before bringing it into the house. It seems that if the rug was cleaned well then it would smell clean with out that. And if there was an issue with "odor" then it would have be nice to call me.
I can't think of a negative.
There could be better communication between office and Tech's. Especially when quoting pricing.

The answering service is not so good. I almost didn't schedule because of it. I got hung up on the first time and the second time took a number of rings and the young man was nice enough but not very professional. He was talking to someone else on another line at the same time and told me in mid sentence~JUST HOLD ON! I didn't appreciate it and I was skeptical about how good the cleaning would be. If I had not been referred by a friend (Chris Rebechec) I would not have scheduled the cleaning.
Not a single thing keep up the awesome work!
I felt that the person in charge was very condescending to his co-worker. I felt bad for him. They did a good job on the carpets.
Based on this experience, nothing.
