Dr. Ornstein has very good chair side manners and is really concerned about the patients feelings both in and out of the chair. Both of her assistants are also very concerned of the patients feeling and comfort at the time they are in the chair. I think all of her staff are very professional from answering the phone, to before and after surgery and to checking you out after surgery.
