I enjoyed Dr. Ornstein doing my implants, she was very direct and to the point, no BS. It was a long procedure and I got impatient. It started in August of 2016 and it is just now ( Jan. 16th 2017) finishing up. When I went for a check up the end of Nov. 2016, I was expecting to be able to get my new front teeth for Christmas, she explained that one of the implants needed more time to set in my jaw bone, and if we did it now there could be problems down the road, needless to say I did not want problems down the road. During this time I had three or four appointments, they were always on time, I was treated in a very professional and friendly manner by everyone in her office. A year from now we will know more. I am very excited to be getting my new two front teeth this month, I did not get them for Christmas but now I understand why.

I have called your office on three different occasions trying to follow up on a consultation appointment I had. Each time I was told someone would investigate and get back to me. My appointment was on December 12th and still have not received a call back.

Dr. Ornstein and her staff answered all my questions patiently, responded to an after-hours phone call with a good attitude and did a good job taking out my daughter's wisdom teeth. We're still in the recovery phase, and I feel confident that if I have any questions or need after-hours follow-up, I could call and quickly get the help my daughter needs. The Frisco office is new and clean and only 25 minutes from far north Dallas.

Dr. Ornstein was very nice and knowledgeable. As soon as she started my consultation, I had already felt very confident that she would take care of my wisdom teeth extractions. The office staff were also friendly and welcoming.

The procedure was quick and comfortable. No subsequent problems. Post surgical instructions clear. I appreciate her helping me out in an emergency situation.

Dr. Ornstein is an expert in her field. I not only trust her for any oral surgery i may need, but have brought three of my kids in to her as well, because I trust her to do the best work, making recovery as easy and speedy as possible. Every one of the support staff is friendly and caring and make me feel like I am in an office full of friends.
