I was referred to Dr. Ornstein by Dr. Craig. I have a lot of respect for Dr. Craig personally and professionally. So if he recommends Dr. Ornstein the she must be great. I am going to find out this coming Thursday morning. Also, I was seen quickly when I first called her office to make an appointment. Everyone was professional and polite. I am hoping for more good things to say following my procedure.

The office and staff are warm and inviting. They took the time to explain my options and the process. The actual surgery day went smoothly. They listened and addressed my concerns with previous surgies and everything went smoothly. I did not experience anything more than a dull ache.

She and her staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. On a personal note they are conveniently located. I like that they followed up with phone calls and have a couple of follow up visits scheduled to make sure there were no other dental issues.

She is very gentle and caring. My daughter loved her from she walked in the room.
