It was a great job. I felt great with just a little pain.

The appointment time. She was running behind in surgery day for an hour and 45 min. The follow up I called and she was running behind on that day but told me to come in an hour later and it worked out fine.

First of all, she has done a marvelous job on my face. She knows her trait like no one else I know. It seems like her patients are 1st priority. Wonderful wiman!

I like how Dr. Ornstein runs her office. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The waiting time was minimum. Dr. Ornstein herself is friendly and approachable. The surgery went very well. Highly recommended!

Dr. Ornstein was very caring and understanding to my mother's mental state and only recommended the necessary work to relieve her pain. Her staff also called a day or two later to make sure ahe was doing ok. I would definitely recommend her to my friends and family.

I loved all the staff but would only recommend that two people take the patient out as it was raining when we were leaving and the young lady almost had to run with my mom on the wheel chair to my car since she couldn't carry an umbrella.

She always gives you the facts right up front. She is very professional and very friendly. I enjoy talking with her. I value her opinion and have been exceptionally pleased with my implants.

I can't think of anything that needs improvement. The office staff are all great. Dr. Ornstein is fun to work with. I like her dry sense of humor. The office itself is nicely maintained and very professional.
