She is very professional and has the best bedside manor of any doctor I have ever known, and I've known a few. She is a cut above all the rest. She will change your life forever for the best! Her staff is professional and courteous and I've never met nicer people!

Dr. Sharon Ornstein in Frisco, Tx is a talented doctor and a caring professional. She has the experience we wanted for our child's oral surgery needs and Dr. Ornstein has a genuine heart for healing. About 10 yrs ago Dr. Ornstein had removed both of my boys wisdom teeth and it was such a nice experience. Then a few years ago Dr. Ornstein did dental work on my husband and the experience was just as nice. Now Dr. Ornstein is doing an implant on me and I didn't think it was possible but the experience so far is even better. The entire staff, from the front desk to the nurses, are exceptionally accommodating, friendly and helpful. I would recommend Dr. Ornstein to all my friends and family.

The worst! I've been trying to schedule my daughter an appointment for over a week and I keep hearing "we need a referral." I've spoken to my referring dr office and they do not send referrals. They have sent me copies of the emails sent the office and called after they spoke with someone at the office. Yet, I continue to hear "we need a referral" and was even cut off when trying to explain what I was told and who I was told Latise spoke with. Apparently you have to be a patient there to get assistance and/or good service. I guess this office is too busy to try to close the gaps here and could care less about the health and well being of others.
